HRSDC opinion

Hi, could somebody please tell me how to contact HRSDC to confirm my NOC code with them and when should that be done? I am aiming to submit my full CEC application on August 15 - August 25. Is it OK if I obtain their opinion now and then submit it with my application in August? Or is it better to do it later?

The main question remains: what's is their contact e-mail for such purposes?

I don't think it matters whether you get HRSDC's opinion now or in a couple months, as their response will most likely be the same. Their email is noc-cnp@workingincanada.gc.ca

After reading a number of refusals for CEC be sure you work MORE than the 12 months so there is no question about qualifying on that score.

by the time I have gathered all the docs it will probably have been 13 months... IELTS is almost impossible to pass in august... Very few dates left and I still want the very last confirmation from my managing director before I book and pay for IELTS and PCC from Canada and my home country etc. I will definitely have met the length requirements, I hope everything else is smooth for me too...
