HR's not giving contact details in the Work reference letter!!

Hey all,

I am new here and new to the process as well, I have an experience letter with roles & responsibilities but there is no contact detail on the letter (Phone number or email-address). I asked them to add the phone number & email address of the HR on the letter but they refused to do so.

This is all in their ex employees portal, its not in an email. what do you all think my next step should be?

Note: I have a few letters from 2018 when I left the company that does have contact information of HR but I am not sure if they are still working there or not.

Masked HR's name & Phone number, Please help me out guys! I have heard I will have to write a LOE, furthermore this is one of their response which basically says that CIC representative that reviews my case will have to open a ticket on my companys website for work verification and employment but will they really go to all that trouble? Instead of a plain call or an email?

"Please note we do not provide employment verification letter to our ex-employees directly instead you can ask the service provider/Third party who requires this to raise a HR Connect ticket using below link. https://dxchr.service-now.com/csp Please ask them to share DXC experience letter & manually signed letter of authorization from you by attaching it to the ticket."

Enclose a business card of the person who wrote this letter "Name must match" also enclose an online reference probably a web site link with ascreen shot so if they wish to make a contact.
Contact information verifies somehow that a person is for real and is not a mock letter that who wrote it is scared to be contacted.
Just find some references for the contact person and shall be fine.

Also ask your direct supervisor to copy paste this letter on a headed paper and to type his own contact details maybe his business card too and upload both letters.

Hey thanks man, Unfortunately getting anything from my manager or the hr who wrote this letter is way too hard! Furthermore I am in USA so thats another problem. It took me about one year of back and forth to get this work experience letter alone. When I was coming for my masters my direct supervisor didnt even right me Letter of recommendation on a letter head so I doubt it.

The way I got them to write this experience letter was that I asked my manager to approve my roles & responsibility over email and then I attached his approval in ex employees hr portal and then the hr wrote this letter for me.

Take a screen shot of those correspondences and make sure Doman email is shown.

Also my joining and exit date are a year apart from yours - 10.10.2014 to 14.04.2017 and both of us were in the same office building.

Could you share me the DXC HR email address, as I have already contacted the AskHR team from HPE - who have right away mentioned to contact DXC even though my exit was done by HPE ?
