I recent got email from Uni of Regina after requesting to AMI.
Does this msg shows any positivty towards acceptance or They usually respond this way or not?

Your application is complete and is with the Engineering department for review. We expect them to be returned at the end of this month. If accepted, your offer will be vaild for one year.

Your application is complete and under review and If you university give you offer then the offer will be valid for one year.............
 
Thats what it says friend. I mean, do they usually notify the time it take for decision?

Usually they don't , but in this case they have given an estimated time............

It depends on your profile + course selection+ competition.......you can't interpret from this Email......
 
I have Applied for MENG ESE Co-op Fall2012 Session.
I secured 2.67 CGPA which is equivalent to 70% Acc to FAST grading Scheme
Have 6.5Overall.Though Fast is on their Exemption list
2+ years of Experience

CGPA is low but keeping in view FAST i think you should get the LOA.............
 
Whats factors u think are there that take me closer to LOA becuase of FAST

FAST is a well reputed institute...........

Does they have and consider country wise universities reputation?

The rating / reputation of your institute is a factor, but over all your profile should be strong means your previous grades (10th +12th) + IELTS Score + Experience etc......
