How/WHO do I send my RPRF PDF receipt to?

Hello!

Just payed for my wife's RPRF online with my brother's cc, how/who do I send it to online? (Physical application already sent). Should I add the uci and application numbers? Any help would be appreciated.

Submit it using a Case Specific Enquiry: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx .

You will need your UCI and Application Number to do that.
