I am failed refugee claimant and shortly I have to leave back home. My current employer asked me if I could be able to work remotely from back home(eastern Europe).
I have a permanent part-time employment contract with them.
How can they hire me as a remote worker?
Are there any specific rules or legal procedures?
Do I need a work permit or social insurance number, because mine won't be active once I will live the country?
