Hello, everyone, please, help and advise.

I'm not Canada Citizen but live in Canada as PR since 2013.
I've been laid off from the company in Canada a few months ago and
a couple of US company wants me to work for them.

I'm OK, even my PR in CANADA to be expired and Tax isn't question topic now,
because I can figure it out later.

The question is how to get an offer from US company without VISA issue.

TN- It isn't option for me, it is only for Canadian citizen, it take a few years more for me to apply citizenship.

H1- As you know it can be applied only Apr. '16 and even selected, it allowes to start working from Oct.'16, it isn't option, no one like to hire me and wait around one year with the position empty.

L1- If US company has Canada branch, then it might be an good option.
they can hire me as Canadian employee and I can start to work immediately in Canada and then they can transfer me to US around one year later as L1 described the rule.

Question.
US company who interested in me doesn't have Canadian branch.
How can they hire me?
If they can hire me, for example, as the contractor or individual consultant in Canada, then still can they apply L1 one year later like the case the other hired someone in Canada branch?

Other than L1 as the above,

would you please, advise any better option I can think?
After been laid off, I've struggled a lot past months as I can't get the job in CANADA and I need to move to US as there are some of opportunities there related to my specialty.

Your advice to be greatly appreciated.

Best luck.

You should post this question to a US immigration forum. This is not a Canadian immigration question - it's regarding US immigration / work permit rules.
