Hi all,

I was wondering what are the steps to withdraw an application that is currently at LVO for assessment.
I have applied for FSW and got my PER, but I am planning on aplying with EE as it should be faster.

Can I just send LVO email/fax with application number, my UCI and ask them to withdraw the application.
Is there a change to get the original file back?

in my honest opinion relying completely on the new EE system is a foolish idea. There is no feedback about the EE system from any of the forum mates yet

You will really be stupid doing that !
No ways it will be faster for you! Now that you got per already !
Even more so not necessary you will make it in ee for sure !

Well you have a point but still I want to know the procedure.
Is there any threshold after which the application cannot be withdraw?

Not sure what you really want ! Sounds like application sucide to me!
Get PR then cancel it ! Apply for ee again know the procedure ! Lol

you can ask LVO. My friend did the same she withdrew the application after getting PER and now stuck forever.
just remember in EE in most of the cases you will need a job offer supported by an LMIA which is very difficult to get

How did she withdraw the application? Just emailed LVO with application name and asked to be withdrawn? Did she received documents back?

I believe you could log in to online system with your UCI number, and then withdraw.
But think twice before doing it.

You can withdraw your application at any point by either sending a case-specific-enquiry or by writing to London VO. However, if you want to apply for express entry, there is no need to withdraw your FSW14 application. You can enter into the express entry pool without withdrawing your old application in the time being. If you get invited under express entry, submit your new application, and the new application goes faster than your old one then you can withdraw the old one.

Are you allowed to have to applications in the same time?
I know you can create EE profile and submit it, but if you get ITA I thought you need to revoke your current application in order to continue with the new one.
