Pls how do I withdraw my old application in order to apply for new one?

Do I withdraw the old one or leave it until the new one is approved? What about the refund? Do I get a refund back for the withdrawn old application despite the generic letter of offer of intention to withdraw

not sure how to withdraw the old file but you can file your new case leaving ur old file as it is..some seniors may advise you regarding the withdrawal process and getting refund...
