How to withdraw an application?

I happen to have to applications. I need to cancel one of them and get my money back
Has anyone done it? How do I go about it? Through MyCIC? ECAS? CSE?

If only MyCIC was working BTW Once you submit the app, there is no "orange “Withdraw profile” button"...

Oh, you have 2 submitted applications! My bad, I misunderstood your case. If that page didn't help you, let's wait for someone else's tips.

Yes. One was already approved (COPR) so it is time to take care of the second.

Is anyone have the answer for this...? I have same problem, waiting for "Withdraw" button from Thursday on submitted profile/app..

I think, for submitted profile/app, there will be no "Withdraw" button, if you profile says ineligible then leave that profile as it is and create new one or if u got ITA from that profile and u didn't accept that and create new profile on the top of that. leave that ITA and wait for new ITA. not sure about application fee refund process...

yes, I got that point, but I am looking for something similar. So waiting for, reply from other user...

If I had submit the application and if its says profile ineligible, how can we withdraw the application?, anyone ?
