Looking for some solid grounds that can help me win the PRRA.
It is very difficult to get PPRA. In many cases people have been refused asylum for personal reasons, eg. having a criminal record, but their lives are at risk if they return to their home country so they can get approved for PPRA.

I’m already eligible for it, I’m just wondering what makes it a solid PRRA that they cannot refuse. We have someone threatening us from my past relationship would that work? If we provide proof

I'm not sure that would do it. I think you would want to present a stronger argument than that.

Have you read the link I gave you above and specifically this bit? Note the part that states "they would face the risk in every part of that country".

Whether the applicant’s return to their country would subject them personally to:
  • A danger of torture; or
  • A risk to life, or of cruel and unusual treatment or punishment, if:
    • Because of that risk, they are unable/unwilling to seek protection in their country;
    • They would face the risk in every part of that country;
    • The risk is not the result of legitimate sanctions (except those imposed in violation of international standards); and
    • The risk is not caused by the inability of the country to provide adequate health or medical care.

Can you show that he runs the police in the whole country? If so, that could make a strong enough case.

Are you working with a lawyer?

You can. However I would focus as much as possible on personal impacts / evidence to you.

Were the similar arguments and proof used for your parents’ asylum application? Is the threat directed to your parents?
