What is the job offer? How much are you paying? Do you have an approved LMIA? Did you apply for a closed work permit through IRCC?

The job offer is fish packing at hermitage processing inc in st John's NL and paying 546CAD for the visa alone and about LMIA I was given a document(pdf) "Canadian Employment clearence approval" Am not sure if it's the approved LMIA

A visa is $155. Are you paying it through your IRCC account? Have you done your medical and biometrics? That would be mandatory. If you can post the .pdf that would be helpful.

Are they offering you free flight, accommodations and food?

A good rule of thumb with regards to these job offers is: "Did you apply for this job?"

If you did, then you should already know if the company/job is legit.

If you did not apply, ask yourself this: "How did this company know I exist?".

There are exemptions to the rule, like if you are a Chuck Yeager type pilot, airline companies would be headhunting you (something to that effect). So, unless you are the best in a rare field, how can a company offer you a job that you did not apply for?

In general if you are being charged money to get a job I would avoid the person involved.
