How to use UCI Number?

My husband have a previous UCI from a TRV application, do I use this same UCI in the sponsorship application? or leave it blank and he'll be issued a new one since the TRV and sponsorship are totally different?
So confused ..

Thats the UCI he should use. He wont have a new UCI (He will have different application number for different applications but the UCI will always remain the same)
