how to upload additional documents( i received an email from VO)

HELLO ! TODAY I received an email from delhi chc asking to send my previous education marksheets and degree but it did not specify how to submit i.e. through email or on online mycic account , also i dont see any 'upload' option on my online MYCIC account , plzzz tell me should i just reply to the email with an attachment

Hello, I am not sure about this but I think you should contact VFS guys for this at 022-67866002.
