How to Update /Fill Last 10 Years status

I am from India and I Stayed UAE from Nov.2008 to May 2010 on work permit,and I visited India in between 2 times for 15- 15 days .
So While filling the last 10 years status , I should mention the 15 -15 India visit or only I should mention only Nov. 2008 to May 2010 UAE Stay..?

u can mention only total stayed time , no need to mention short visit at India.
