I want to make few changes in my EE profile from myCIC page.
But, I can't make any changes as all fields are locked and there is a strange message is popping up every time I click on the cell to update details.
Pou-up message is :"If you want to change any information in a locked field you must return to the Application Summary page by clicking on the Save and Exit button and then click on the "Modify Family Information" button at the top of the page".
I am completely unaware about this and could not locate this button of "Modify Family Information".
Specifically I want to update my applicant status from "Applicant with spouse accompanying" to "Applicant with spouse not accompanying".
Exactly I don't know where in myCIC I should update? Which field of my application will have these details, where I can make necessary change?
