You can send it through Habib Bank AG Zurich which operates in Canada. Alternatively, you could do an inter-bank transfer from any bank to a Canadian bank if you already have an account here.

You can bring in a draft, but it may take a month to clear it. As for TC's, to be honest, I haven't seen anyone use them in years. you could bring them in, but they would have to be declared at customs if the amount exceeds $10,000.
