HOw to track passport?

I sent my passports one week ago and I got today in e cas: A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I sent to the visa office few days ago to ask them about the mail tracking number of my passport, but I did not get a reply. Does the visa office usually give you a tracking number for passport when they send them?

You should at least have some patience after submitting the passport. Visa office usually may take 4 to 8 weeks to return the passport and I never heard of assigning tracking numbers for any one's passport like the courier or postal service does for consignments.
