how to sucesfully obtain TRV

My mother in law, got refusal from Vienna embasy. she is from Bosnia and Herezegovina and she 57y.o
we r in Canada on working visa, and we would like to get her here for like 3-4 months to be with us. we would provide everything for her stay here???


any tips, how to fill and what supporting documents to send for her to get Tourist visa!!!

She needs to include proof with her application that she has strong ties to her home country and has no plans on remaining in Canada long term.

Like what, she sent the proof that she is married, that she is the owner of there house. And we sent letter that we will support her stay here, because she is not working.

And we stated that she will not work, or anything.
