How to submit Supplementary document for PR card or PRTD if applied online

Hello,
We submitted application for PR CARD through the online system.

We have received the email to submit supplementary documents. Can we simply reply to the email with attachment of the required documents? OR is there a different way (the online submission system has no option to submit supplementary document.
