eCOPR received - How can I apply for PRTD Online

Hi, I am very confused so any help is greatly appreciated.

Oct 5- Received my eCOPR
Oct 20- Travelled outside canada for health condition
PR Portal: The photo is still in review and the status is "In Review with IRCC"

So, I have PR status, but no PR card yet.

Nov 17: Need to return to canada

I understand, if I don't have PR card, I need to apply for PRTD to return/enter Canada

Now, for India, there is only one ways to apply: Online
Using PR Portal: https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login - But here, I am unable to apply for PRTD since my application is still in review.

Question: Should I create a new account using a DIFFERENT email id to apply for PRTD? My understanding is that we should use only one email in PR processes.


Need help on how can I go about my PRTD application given the above option and their requirements/limitations.

Recently got my PRTD approval within two days as my travel is urgent and have a return flight ticket booked. We can actually a create a new account using an other email and apply for PRTD based on your urgency and you will receive it, it would not create any issue with your existing PR portal login you already have.
