How to submit sponsor's IMM 5669? Can only upload one document!

Hi,

I was asked to submit the Schedule A (IMM 5669) form, and the instructions state that myself and my spouse (who is sponsoring me) need to submit it. We both filled out our forms, but could not merge the PDFs, and there is only an option to upload one document for the schedule A. We uploaded my (the applicant's) Schedule A form, along with the Police Reports for both of us.

What should we do in this situation?

The sponsor does not fill out any applicant forms. The forms state that because they are generic and used for different immigration streams where the spouse is not the sponsor. The sponsor also does not submit PCCs.
