How to submit PCC during application review

Hello Folks,

I have already submitted all my documents except PCC. My application is under review.I just got my PCC.
Is it possible to submit PCC right now or i have to wait till, CIC Tells me to upload PCC

You can submit a CSE at https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx, be sure to check your EE application number and identification info such as birth date
