Hello,
My express entry profile is approved recently, and have received a PR card. My husband is added as a dependent in the profile while submitting the profile.(UCI-1***).
During the application process, I have opted that I would travel alone during the application process(IMM008 & COPR Questionnaire).
Note: My application process time period was around 2 years (Mar'20 until Dec'22)
Now, We(My and My husband) would like to travel together to Canada.
How do I proceed? Do I have to apply for a visitor visa for my husband?
Or Because, I have already added him as a dependent and his medical tests (May'2022) are valid, Can I update a form and travel together to Canada?
Please Advise.

You need to sponsor him for PR. It's a separate and brand new application.

You can either sponsor him outland (if he's outside of Canada) or inland (which requires both of you to be physically in Canada and he would need to get a TRV first and then travel to Canada). Note that you need to be living in Canada regardless whether you sponsor him outland or inland.

You can read the details about how to apply to sponsor your spouse in the links below:

Thank you for your response. I really appreciate it. I have a follow-up question.

My Husband cannot migrate at this moment. He is on H1-B visa and may migrate in future.
Meanwhile, Can I apply for visitor visa? (so that he can travel along with me to Canada in the next 2 months)
I am just worried about applying a fresh application. (As my application processing time was almost 2 years.)

Sure, he can apply for a TRV.

He can apply but it isn’t guaranteed. You my need to travel on your own and sponsor him. You will have to be prepared for a separation period of 6-12 months while you remain in Canada during the sponsorship,
