How to sponsor my mother

My self and my sister live in Canada as PR, we now want to sponsor our mum since she is alone in India as my dad passed away recently. My mum did visit Canada and stayed for six months, how can we sponsor her as a PR.

As mentioned, only one of you can sponsor. Do one of you have a spouse that can be co-signer? Or does one of you meet individually the LICO+30% income amounts for the past 3 years?
