I m living in Canada (Vancouver) as a student. I came here on 2 sep for studying. I want to know is this possible to sponsor ur family for Canada visa.

You need to be either a permanent resident of Canada or canadian citizen to be able to sponsor your family.

Yeah you need to be a citizen or PR of Canada who has not sponsored anybody in the last 5 years. It is impossible to sponsor any family members given what you have said. Also sponsorship for parents is on hold as well.
