How to sponsor cousin: Feedback Please

My wife wants to sponsor her cousin who has management Degree. I know shes been here for 2 years now and I was told she cant sponsor.

Question:
How do we get started and witch application do we get
Does he need to get the application from Sri Lanka he able to apply under the skill trade

Your wife cannot sponsor her cousin through family class.

If your wife's cousin wishes to immigrate, he should review the requirements for the federal skilled worker class or one of the provincial nominee streams to see if he qualifies to apply.
