How to Sponser 10 year old Nephew ?

I just have received my Permanent Residence status in Canada and I live in Saskatchewan. I have my 10 year old Nephew in India. His Parents are also in India. Can someone please advise, Is there anyway I can sponser my Nephew here in Canada ? Is there anyway he can continue his study in Canada ?

Can he get admission in School in Canada at the age of 10 ?

Are there any options ??

you can't sponsor him because both his parents are still alive

Why don't you ask his parents to immigrate here, and then sponsor him with them together?
