Most dealership usually have some type of car loan program but rates can be high for bad/no credit. If I was in your shoes I would buy a cheap used car within my budget cash, just enough to get around. This is what I did. I checked online before and noticed that most cheap cars are in the 120,000 kms plus range which might need a lot of maintenance issues but i guess thats the best route to takeMost dealership usually have some type of car loan program but rates can be high for bad/no credit. If you don't want to worry about maintenance issues, then be prepared to pay for a newer and more reliable car.I checked online before and noticed that most cheap cars are in the 120,000 kms plus range which might need a lot of maintenance issues but i guess thats the best route to take
Well, I had my little Acura Integra since new and ran till it was at 350,000 km and it was still going good. I sold it to a mechanic at the end because I couldn't stand the black on black with no air conditioning any more after 10 years. The only major fix-up was a gear-box rebuilt and I lucked out for less than 1K for the repair. It really depends. My first car was a Japanese SUV that had close to 150,000Km and after using it for a year I never had to take it to repairs or maintenance, only the regular trip to Mr Lube for oil change, and replacing small items such as air cabin filter which is cheap.
