How to send passport to ND?

Can anyone that has sent their passports to New Delhi recently confirm how they sent it? DHL/other courier or registered post?

Also can someone pls confirm if we can send a self addressed pre-paid envelope with tracking for ND to send the stamped PP back to us .

Pls send them through Reputed courier.

Blue Dart or Overnite Express is good. I sent thru Normal Blue Dart. Not By Prioroty Blue Dart. DHL is International Arm of Blue Dart.
