How to send new form if i did mistake? Help required?

Hi
I didn't attach extra word sheet to mention main duties i perform in my company to schedule 8 form(I mentioned only 3 duties in this form because of limited space).Instead i submitted reference letter from my company.Everyone says it might delay the process because the VO thinks these are the only 3 main duties performed by me.
So i wish to send this form again by correcting it.
Can anyone say how to update this form after getting my AOR.

The reference letter should be fine. there will arise a confusion if ur main duties on the form do not match the ones on the reference letter.Else , it should be fine.If they wanted all the duties in the form , they would have given more space.
The main idea is to list 3 main duties which will corelate to the NOC code mentioned in the form.
You will be fine
