How to send app without FBI clearance?

FBI clearance arrived today! Guess I don't have to call and ask about the status after all! :)

For anyone who's interested, it was received by the FBI on April 27th, and completed on June 15th. I received the letter in the mail today. So that's a total of 7 weeks to process, and another week to receive the letter.

Colormepanda: I thought you were renewing your VR?? I am sorry to hear your Finger prints have been rejected again! Seems you have been trying to get your FBI check done for a long time!! I finally mailed my PR Application At the end of May..was received 1st June..and waiting!
