How to retrieve Express entry account by using express entry profile numbers??

Hi guys,

Please help me as we applied express entry through agent here in Dubai . However due to COVID-19 the agents shut down his business. There is no way to contact them . All documents and information we got through them . Now we want to see our status but can’t log in as we have only express entry file numbers .

There is anyone could help us to retrieve account by using express entry file numbers ??

Apparently not.
Unless you're in the process of submitting an application in response to an ITA just create a new Express Entry profile that you can access.
