How to restore status/Lost Status/EE

Hi

Last year, I had a technical glitch with my own EE application when the PR link wasn't provided on my profile. I re-applied again this April and quickly got my IAT within two weeks; unfortunately, this time the CIC rejected my application due to an uploading error (they claimed that my police clearance letter from China was not provided, although I uploaded). I reapplied for the third time on May 14 this year, but the EE score is so high in the past few months (mine is 466), I still don't have my IAT yet.

Questions
1. What is the chance of the score will reduce in the next few months?
2. I got accepted into a master program in Queen's (start in Jan 2017). How can I restore my status and obtain study permit at the same time? Any advices?

Timeline: My work permit extension was refused on Sept 01, 2016, so i lost my status. I don't want to leave Canada as many people tell me that it would be harder to come back, so I chose to go to school.

You can apply for visitor record, study permit at the same time.

I also lost my worker status last year, so I had to apply for restoration of temporary visitor status. Usually CIC gives you 90 days for leaving the country or applying for a restoration of temporary resident status. If you have been accepted by an University, then apply to a student permit.

Agreed - you have to restore your status to visitor first. Then you can apply for the study permit.
