How to reply EE after declining invitation ?

i just declined and withdraw my express entry profile. i want to re create it but i dont see any option to create ee like before any suggestions ?

i just declined and withdraw my express entry profile. i want to re create it but i dont see any option to create ee like before any suggestions ?

I decline invitation and right after this i withdraw my application. but all i can see now is my express entry submitted and i cant apply new one. i can still make changes to old one but i cant withdraw it. what should i do ?

if there is not invitation then i suppose to withdraw it right ? my application forms are transmitted and application is submitted. please try to advice thanks

i'm not sure if i understood your question.

if you decline ITA, your profile goes back to normal, and you go back in the pool... it shouldnt show form transmitted or anything
