How to renew the passport after submitting application?

Hi guys!
I submitted my application through SDS, and no decision has been made yet.
Passport submitted in the application is about to expire after some months, so I have new passport now.
How to update my new passport into the application?
Does anyone know?

I think you need to scan it and upload it along with a webform to inform them of the change.
