How to remove dependent from PR application?

I am the primary applicant and I want to remove my spouse from the application. We are legally separated and we have legal separation agreement. Would that be enough for case officer to remove my spouse from the application? Thank you.

Send in a webform asking to remove your spouse with legal separation documents. If unable to remove ask to change to non-accompanying.
