How to refresh "rounds of invitations" page?

I believe this may have been addressed but can't find the thread with the answer... can someone tell me how I can refresh the CIC page to show that latest (ie 4th) round of invitations at this link (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/rounds.asp)? My computer is still showing the 3rd round and it doesn't update when I refresh the page. Thanks

Simply click on the See full text of Ministerial Instruction link on the page to see it. It links to the 4th round ministry letter.

Oh right you are, thanks eric. They appear to have just failed to update the home page for rounds of invitations so
