HOW TO RECOGNISE EXTERNAL DEGREES OF PAKISTAN UNIVERSITIES FROM HEC???

Hi,
If an applicant has an external master's degree from Karachi university,how would he claim points on it?Should it's degree and transcripts be verified and attested by HEC ???
Guidance needed.

I am not from Pakistan but I think the way it works is as follows:
If the degree is recognized in your country, then it is recognized by CIC.
In terms of degree, transcripts, etc, you should do whatever the norm is for any degree, certificates from any recognized university in your country.

hi, I don't think university of Karachi offer any external program, it should be from affiliated college. If it's from affiliated college then get it attested by university first then HEC will attest your transcripts.

I mean private master's from karachi university,so should I verify my degree and transcripts from HEC also ,inorder to get points???
