how to reach cic when in PHilippines

i have a pending app. for a work permit extension sent inside canada, my application was received August 10th and since i was under restoration my application took a bit longer to process; that's what i was told when i called the call center when i was there

decided to go home last november and wait for the decision here in PH... Can anyone pls help me How to reach CIC while here in PHilippines, been trying to reach this number - 18882422100 but in vain. PLS. HELP

The 1-888 number only works from within Canada.

There is no international number for reaching CIC. You should send an email instead to inquire about your application.
