How to reach cic about lost acknowledgement?

Hi all,
I'm not in Canada now and online status says acknowledgment was sent during first week of nov but we don't see anything in our mail box.
Can anyone please guide me about how to reach cic to request for acknowledgement or discover Canada booklet?

I believe we need the same acknowledgment for test?

You don't need the AOR document for the test. You will receive a separate invitation to the test which is what you need.

Regarding the mail so far: Contact the call centre to verify that they have the correct mailing address with your application.
