Hello to everybody!

My application for FSW, NOC:3233 was rejected due to 'lack of sufficient proof of the minimum of one year'.
That is so, because it was the second option in my application...I added it just in case. But you know the cap for NOC1122 was quickly reached, so the second option.. became primary.

I will complete the full year in NOC:3233 on 01 December 2011 & my points are above 70.
I have my UCI & Application number & I want to apply again in December.
What shall I do since they do not send the documents back?
Just add the 'proof' and the new application forms, mentioning the UCI & application numbers?

I'll appreciate your comments ;)
 
If you want to apply again - you will have to submit another full/complete application. You cannot reference your old application.

You can either wait until you get your original application back in the mail. Or if you don't want to wait that long, gather all of the forms and supporting documentation again from scratch for the new application.

I wrote & got a reply that documents are not supposed to be sent back because they stay on file.
What do you get from the original reply:


Dear Sir/Madame

For all applications submitted to our office on or after 01 July 2011, please be advised that applications and supporting documents are part of the permanent record for a client and must remain on file. The instruction guide (IMM7000) for Federal Skilled Workers directs applicants to make a photocopy of the application for their records.

The guide states: You must gather and submit to the CIO all the documents listed on the Document Checklist (IMM 5612). Documents from the checklist are only to be submitted once to the CIO. Do not submit documents that are not found on the checklist and do not send duplicates of your application or documentation.

Documentation submitted with your application will not be returned. You should obtain multiple originals of any documentation submitted with your application (such as reference letters, police certificates) so you are prepared if you need to submit a new application.

In rare circumstances, our office will returned certain ORIGINAL, irreplaceable documents. If you have submitted original documents i.e. Current Passport, Original Marriage Certificate, in error with your application please confirm the following:
· Mailing address to which your returned documents are to be sent.
· The specific original documents you wish returned. Please ensure your list is complete as this is your only opportunity to request return of documentation. Further requests for return of additional documentation will not be actioned.
Please note: A response is required within the next ten days. If no response is received within that timeframe, your file will be reviewed and a determination will be made regarding which documents will be returned. These documents will be returned to the address provided on your application. All returns are sent via regular post so there is no tracking number. Requests for other methods of delivery cannot be actioned. Once a document package leaves our office, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service and is beyond the control of this office.
