Hi,

I need to upload my degree certificate and for that I need to raise a CSE. I submitted my application from India under express entry.

Should I use this link - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

and if this link then in this case my answers to the following questions will be:

Is your application being processed by an office OUTSIDE Canada? answer will be YES?

Choose the visa office processing your application? answer will be Delhi?

OR

Should I use this link - https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

You can use this link to raise CSE directly to NDVO-https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=new delhi

But on some threads I read that all express entry applications are processed by the central office in Canada so one should use the generic link.
Please help.
Not necessarily. Your application can be transferred to a local visa. If you know that your application is being processed at NDVO, you can raise CSE directly to them.

Could someone help me please?

After getting my AOR (May 12, 2017) my wife went to US 2 times. One in May and the other one last week and just returned. Should I raise a CSE and inform CIC about her trips and attached her passport with such stamps on it? Could you advice how to proceed.

Hello,

I have received the ITA (Oct 15, 2018) and submitted the documents on November 19, 2018 while I'm in US. Received the AOR on November 20, 2018. My US work visa extension did not get through and had to come back to India. Can someone please tell the process to let Canada Immigration Services that I had moved.

Thanks in advance.

You can inform IRCC about the change by raising a CSE. The same can be done by following the below-mentioned link

Thanks for you quick response. In the form
1. For "Type of application/enquiry (required)" field is the "Change of contact information" option sounds correct.
2. For Your enquiry (required) (message) - Should I mention my current visa status and the reason for the visa rejection?

This seems to be the correct option.

Had it been me in your place, I would have explained about it.

I sent a POF document through CSE webform on 12th Feb (AOR 5th Feb) and have received a reply from CIC agent that the document has been forwarded for consideration. Does this mean that the document has been 'attached' to my application and will be considered before R10? If not will there be a similar notification mail when it is attached? Also, how much time does it typically take? My worry is that if the R10 starts before the document is attached then it might be problematic.

Hi sanam,
Which option did you choose under type of application/ enquiry?
Replacement documents or permanent residence - applied online?
