Hi All,

I have started filling my PR application and for my spouse name i want to add another name since, she has both her first name and last name mentioned in the 'Given Names' of her passport and lastname is blank? How do i mention that and it seems that last name is mandatory.

Enter all her given names in the surname field. Do not
leave empty and don't write N/A. (Source: CIC )

Thanks nomzie.
I didnot mention it that way in my EE profile.
In my EE profile, i have put her firstname in the fistname field and lastname in the lastname field.

Now while filling the PR application, i wanted to put that as other name.In her passport lastname is blank but you saying i should put her entire name and leave given name blank in the PR application?

Yes, that is what I am saying. Just to be confident in doing that, check the following link:

I just now tried it.
In the PR application its not allowing me to leave neither firstname or lastname as blank.
both the fields are mandatory

Now that's a dilemma. It is probably because you entered it the other way in EE, as CIC instructions are clear on this. I would suggest you to wait for seniors to reply before going further with it.
