How to pursue Bachelor's Degree in Canada after doing 3 year Diploma in India

I have done my diploma in Mechanical engineering . I want to pursue my Bachelor's Degree in Canada . What is the further process I don't know anything what to do . Please can someone explain me the full process please . Please guys I really need to know .

1. Research for universities that offer your choice of program.
2. Choose the university you liked. Make sure uni is in the DLI approved list.
3. Apply for admission in that university (see uni’s website for admission process).
4. Once accepted, apply for study permit.
