How to prove work experience of self employed doctor?

I am running a self owned clinic for the last 13 years. How will I prove my work experrience ? The only proof I have is the certified copies of "income tax returns". I can also get a letter from my income tax practitionar .I think it will be enough .Any one to share his/her experience?

In my country, a medical practitionar only has to be registered to Medical and Dental Council,I have its certificate; but it does not show the address and type of practice, as a doctor can practice any where without further registration.
Don't you think that the income tax returns are sufficient proofs ?

Do you mean that you have a private clinic witch is not registered?

What about your medical syndicate?

Can the medical syndicate of your country give an official letter indicating your experience?
