How to prove step brother (same father but different mother) in Pakistan ?

Can anyone suggest what documents are required from Pakistan to prove relationship with step brother (same father different mother). Nadra is saying your FRC (family registration certificate) will show only your own siblings (same mother)

Would both your and your birth certificates help? The birth certificate has both the mothers and fathers name. If you include both, you can ask them to cross check that the fathers name is the same but you have different mothers.

What if 1 step brother who is living in Pakistan gets his FRC (includes all strp siblings) and an applicant gets his own FRC (includes his own siblings) both will have same father name but different mothers and we submit 2 FRCs with the affidavit saying that NADRA has a policy of issuing FRCs if you have a same parents.
is that complicated the case further or birth cirrificate would be enough ?

In my opinion, a birth certificate is a more robust way of proving this. Birth certificates are in every country and are straightforward to read. There is no affidavit or anything required as it's a very simple cross-check.

But if you want you can have two FRCs as well.

Actually IRCC usually requires FRC from Pakistan if you want to claim points for Candian siblings, they may reject it if FRC is not provided.

Yes, that makes sense. I just mean for proving a relationship that is not possible with one document, you can also include a birth certificate. If you're sure though, you can go with FRC as well.
