How to prove Intend to live out of quebec. Working in Montreal

Hi Guys,

I am working in Montreal and my current work permit expires by May 2015. So i cant apply for BOWP. In order to move out of Quebec i need a new offer with LMO. i have lots of opportunities but none of the companies are ready to process LMO. So as of now i cant move. But i have submitted my application for CEC on Feb 2014 and got the AOR. I think they will ask me the question when you are planning to leave quebec probably by Nov or Dec 2014.

Is it oke if i live in Ontario and just provide them my internet and bank statements ?

Or else do i have to move to India for 6 months is better ?

Give me your suggestions. I hope lots of guys who have submitted for CEC fall in my situation.

So you're asking if you moved to Ontario and lived there without working, would that satisfy CIC of your intent to reside outside Quebec?

Yes, it most likely would. My only question is, as you would no longer have an income, would you be able to show CIC proof of savings if they asked?

No i meant, i would stay in ontario and work from home to the same Montreal office.

I have the very same question. If I live in Ontario and work from home for the same company situated in Montreal, would it work as my intent to live outside of Quebec?

Do they still need this requirement to be fulfilled?
