How to prove an experience for free worker music instruments maker ?

Dear Friends ,

My Name's Ammar Sayed Abdel Aziz , Egyptian , living in Egypt.

I've opened my private business in building music instruments " Oud " and fixing other instruments as well since 3 years .

I run this business as well privately and after the official work time at a tourism company.

after deep searching for immigration , I found on Canada immigration website ,that my job and hobby , is required and needed ,

and it can be found under NOC 5244 Artisans and craftspersons

That's an an exact match of my skills ,

the real question now is , how can I prove this profession ? , putting in consideration ,, that it's not an official work , its totally private , with no official or governmental records for it unfortunately .

is there's any way , or a official assessment that can be done with some institution lit WES or any other ?

WES assesses education. It cannot validate you work experience.

To prove you work experience, you would need to submit some sort of evidence to show the work you have completed and the payments you have received for this work. This could be in the form of tax returns you have filed declaring this income, bank statements showing deposits for the payments you have received, copies of receipts you have given your customers, etc.

This is actually a very good Idea ,
I've a lot of receipts , that I gave , in addition to payment receipts via western Union
I guess I can have them ready and get more
