My work experience is from 2014-2018
From a private dental clinic.
I have got my salary/month for each year printed on the letter head and also got the duties mentioned underneath. My salary increased with each progressive year. What shall i mention on the work ex certificate. In terms of annual salary? Or per month she was paid ___ . Confused what figures to put up. As at time of leaving my salary was not the same as that at time of joining.

Your annual salary can be a figure that is typically present in your tax returns or offer letter or appraisal letter. Mention your last salary figure

My last date of submission is tomorrow. I just realised that the dates mentioned on my FDRs’ is recent as they’av been auto renewed. Although, the FDRs’ are more than 6months old, but i am unable to get hold of any letter to prove its date of opening from the bank as it’s the weekend. How can this situation be solved? Would a LOE be sufficient to explain my situation?

Any advise would be of great help.
TIA

Assuming you can give it in few days, for now mention in loe and later do cse to provide old statements

What if i decline/withdraw my ITA? Put it up in the pool again and wait for the next draw? In the meanwhile, i can gather all the necessary documents?
Will the same Ielts result be valid? It’s going to expire in dec this year! My crs is around 475.

With a CRS of 475 you can decline safely. Your IELTS needs to be valid at the time of submission, so as long as you get invited and can submit your application before December, you'll be fine.

Or you can submit with an explanation and them quickly upload the new documents next week. That's also a perfectly valid thing to do since this isn't really that much of an issue - as long as you can provide a letter from the bank within a week or two.

Right, in both cases you are delaying your process. In one in theory and in another in reality. I would say better delay in theory i.e. submit now and provide cse
