How to pay RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee from my CIC Account

Hi Gabbana,

Where did you upload the receipt ? Is it with other documents ? where you view your submitted profile ? Because when I tried uploading it is asking for Signature just like it asked while submitted the profile ? Won't this submit all the documents again ?

I guess you have figured it out by this time.

Anyway, I uploaded the OR by going to the view submitted application, click continue at the bottom so on that page you'll see your previously uploaded docs. There's a new tab for RPRF at the bottom of the principal applicant's uploaded docs.

It's ok to click the submit button. You'll see the effect after that. It will be obviously just the RPRF upload.

It is okt. It always ask for your electronic signature every time you submit any supporting documents.

I agree with this. However, nothing to lose if you also filled up the blanks.

Actually I did what a previous applicant has done to his application, who already landed in Canada.

I am in the same situation here. The message I received has a ling to "Instructions to Pay". It ask me where I am paying from and what I am paying for, after selecting the country and "right of permanent residence fee for express entry", it asks me to login to my CIC account and brings me to my express Entry and PR profile. I dont see any link to pay this fees now. I do see the link to upload the fee receipt.
Please help me ASAP.

Hi. The same thing happened to me. Got the message from them a couple of days ago telling me to pay RPRF fee, but I could not find a link to pay it anywhere on my CIC account. I searched this forum for similar threads to this one and found this link: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/order.do?category=8

I created an account there, paid the fee and attached the receipt in my application documents on CIC.

Let's see what happens next, if this was the correct payment method for this fee...

I have received a pdf document from MYCIC account regarding RPRF fee. In that document, it was mentioned that my file has been transferred to the Case Processing Centre in Ottawa for further review.In order to process my application, visa office instruct me to pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee by May 15, 2015. But there is no information or guideline in the pdf document regarding how to pay my fees. My country wise visa office is Singapore but they request me to send fee at Ottawa office.

Can you guys please help me by providing additional information about it?

Rhossain - Did you get an answer to your query? how did you manage to pay your fee?

I got the RPRF today and there is no option in My CIC to pay this. The CIC website says that the Express Entry fees must be paid online but when I follow the link, it brings me back to My CIC. I called the CIC help desk and they didn't really know what to do. They told me to raise a technical query on the website - which will respond within 10 days apparently but I need to pay the fee within 7 days.

Has anyone else been in this situation and managed to pay the fees some other way?

the link is in the PDF file, it's blue underlined and clickable it will redirect you the the proper place. the letter should contain a step by step instruction. double check it
